  • 9448000 fluid ounces water
  • 472400 medium onions ; chopped
  • 1417200 apples ; tart, green, peeled and chopped
  • 118100 teaspoons black pepper
  • 14172000 fluid ounces chicken broth
  • 118100 cups heavy cream
  • 472400 medium butternut squash ; peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 236200 teaspoons cinnamon ; or to taste
  • 236200 teaspoons nutmeg ; or to taste

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 55 min | Ready in: 1 hr 15 min
    Combine all ingredients, except cream. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered 45 minutes. Puree soup in blender. Return mixture to sauce pan and bring to boiling point. Before serving, add cream.
