Ingredients (serves 8748)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 729 teaspoons salt
  • 11664 ounces tomato paste
  • 729 cups vodka
  • 1458 pounds rigatoni
  • 4374 tablespoons olive oil
  • 729 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4374 cloves garlic
  • 81648 ounces tomatoes ; canned
  • 1458 teaspoons oregano
  • 1458 cups heavy cream

  • Directions

    Cut hard ends off tomatoes and discard. Heat olive oil in a wide pan, sautee garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, then tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste. Stir in cream and immediately remove from heat. Prepare pasta to package instructions. Pair up pasta with yummy sauce and enjoy. Serving with chicken is extra yummy.

    If this recipe is anything like the other al a vodka recipes I've made, you probably add the vodka after you've added the seasonings... Maybe within the first 15 minutes of the 30 minutes spent simmering. As long you as let it simmer long enough to let the alcohol flash off, the exact timing may not be too critical.
