  • 432 tablespoons basil ; ground
  • 1296 tablespoons oregano ; ground
  • 432 cups white wine
  • 864 teaspoons parsley ; ground
  • 1296 cloves garlic ; chopped and crushed
  • 432 pounds chicken ; boneless, skinless breast cutlets
  • 1296 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 432 cups all-purpose flour ; or just enough to cover chicken
  • 108 cups olive oil
  • 216 cups chicken broth

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Coat chicken in flour.
    2. In a large skillet, combine all ingredients and add coated chicken.
    3. Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes, checking for doneness occasionally.
    4. Stir in additional flour to increase thickness if desired. Serve over pasta.
