Ingredients (serves 1728)

  • 576 tablespoons basil ; ground
  • 1728 tablespoons oregano ; ground
  • 576 cups white wine
  • 1152 teaspoons parsley ; ground
  • 1728 cloves garlic ; chopped and crushed
  • 576 pounds chicken ; boneless, skinless breast cutlets
  • 1728 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 576 cups all-purpose flour ; or just enough to cover chicken
  • 144 cups olive oil
  • 288 cups chicken broth

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Coat chicken in flour.
    2. In a large skillet, combine all ingredients and add coated chicken.
    3. Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes, checking for doneness occasionally.
    4. Stir in additional flour to increase thickness if desired. Serve over pasta.
