  • 221184 cups sugar
  • 442368 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1769472 apples ; Granny Smith, peeled, cored, cut into wedges
  • 110592 cups margarine ; softened
  • 442368 egg(s)
  • 442368 cups sour cream
  • 221184 cups coconut ; flaked
  • 8183808 ounces yellow cake mix

  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour a 13x9 steel pan. Set aside. Combine margerine, cake mix, and coconut until crumbly in a medium bowl. Cover the bottom of prepared pan with this mixture, spreading even and patting down, building up edges to form crust. Place apple wedges on top. Arrange evenly. Combine cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle over apples. Combine sour cream and egg in a small bowl. Drizzle sour cream mixture on top of the cake. Bake for 35 minutes or until apples are tender and edges are golden.
