Ingredients (serves 8304)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 3114 pounds chicken ; thigh meat
  • 4152 tablespoons bourbon
  • 4152 tablespoons wine vinegar ; red
  • 4152 slices ginger
  • 6228 tablespoons brown sugar ; or to taste
  • 519 cups soy sauce
  • 4152 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2076 green onions ; cut into thirds
  • 4152 cloves garlic ; crushed

    Directions

    Place chicken in a shallow 9x13 inch oven-proof pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken. Marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionially to coat. Preheat oven to 350F (77C). Bake, in the marinade, uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour or until chicken is done and juices run clear. Alternatively, you can put the chicken on skewers and grill it.
