  • 196830 pounds chicken ; boneless skinless breast, cut into strips
  • 2519424 ounces corn ; canned, drained
  • 314928 tablespoons chili powder

  • 157464 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    3. Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat to medium low and cook an additional 10 minutes,stirring constantly until chicken is cooked through.
    5. To serve, spoon mixture over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.

    pretty easy to make and tastes good too. i used canola oil instead of vegetable oil.
