  • 58320 pounds chicken ; boneless skinless breast, cut into strips
  • 746496 ounces corn ; canned, drained
  • 93312 tablespoons chili powder
  • 46656 teaspoons onion powder
  • 46656 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 699840 ounces tomato sauce
  • 46656 cups cheddar cheese
  • 186624 ounces chili pepper ; chopped, green

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    3. Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat to medium low and cook an additional 10 minutes,stirring constantly until chicken is cooked through.
    5. To serve, spoon mixture over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.

    pretty easy to make and tastes good too. i used canola oil instead of vegetable oil.
