  • 622080 pounds chicken ; boneless skinless breast, cut into strips
  • 7962624 ounces corn ; canned, drained
  • 995328 tablespoons chili powder
  • 497664 teaspoons onion powder
  • 497664 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 7464960 ounces tomato sauce
  • 497664 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1990656 ounces chili pepper ; chopped, green

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    3. Add remaining ingredients except tortilla chips and bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat to medium low and cook an additional 10 minutes,stirring constantly until chicken is cooked through.
    5. To serve, spoon mixture over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.

    pretty easy to make and tastes good too. i used canola oil instead of vegetable oil.
