  • 9900 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 9900 teaspoons garam masala
  • 19800 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 39600 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 59400 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 19800 large onions ; chopped
  • 19800 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 19800 teaspoons turmeric
  • 9900 teaspoons chili powder
  • 19800 red bell pepper ; chopped
  • 9900 teaspoons cumin
  • 79200 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
