  • 1098 teaspoons coriander ; ground
  • 1098 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2196 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4392 tomatoes ; chopped
  • 6588 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 2196 large onions ; chopped
  • 2196 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2196 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1098 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2196 red bell pepper ; chopped
  • 1098 teaspoons cumin
  • 8784 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir in the onion and garlic and cook until tender.

    Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, and vinegar.Add the chili powder, cumin, garam masala, coriander and turmeric.   Stir until well blended and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.

    Stir in the cooked chicken and red bell pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 6 minutes or until heated through.

    Season with salt to taste, if desired, and serve.
